FNB Young professional

I have been trying to sign up to the young professional program since June, and have been met with email responses which range from please provide the documents (Which I have now provided twice) to please call this number which gets me to an automated switchboard which I have been unable to get anywhere with.

Honestly the reason I wanted to join FNB is due to the innovation and great service I am always hearing about.
