FNB you will be held hostage if you ever try and leave them. Beware.
Requested to close my cheque account on 28 Jan 2019. Account still open today (2019-03-05) and FNB has been charging me fees for the month of Feb even though I didn't use the account and have been waiting for more than a month for the account to be closed. Also recieved this nice email
"FNB :-) Your a/c ..###### has been in excess for 5 days. Deposit funds to cover the excess and avoid unnecessary fees. FNB a div of FRB Ltd NCRCP20. 05Mar 07:00"
FNB is terrible at service delivery. Even the ANC beats them.. SMH
