Really FNB 2 charges of R468 for a 3 month bank statement that's supposed to be free???

11 Dec 2020, 23:33Jessica Naidoo if you had done a proper investigation and not just done a copy and paste you would've seen that I had not requested the interim statement and that I had not been told about those charges. Infact I was told it was R40! I want both those fees reversed and charged R40 as per what the agent told me. Why on earth would I agree to that and twice?!
