FNB you suck!

Have you ever tried to call FNB for assistance with anything? It's an absolute nightmare. They put you on hold for ages, they keep forwarding you to different departments as nobody knows what they are doing. Calls are regularly dropped so you have to call again and go through their nightmare maze menu system each time.
