FNB YOU SUCK

a couple of months ago, I took my van in to mf panel beaters and they sent me a bank stamped approved letter which I paid into, and two weeks later I received notification that they still haven't received the payment, I phoned FNB ***** department gave them the police docket number and did nothing I had to wait for the police to give me the statement I made and even then the lady investigating the matter was unavailable, and when she did get back to me, she said fnb couldn't get back the money, not saying we are going to instigate what is going on , and get back to you and try get your money back, I mean I pay ludicrous membership fees to fnb every month , and yet they can't investigate what is going on, they are only interested in taking your money and not assisting you to find out what is really going on and communicating with police in which I gave them all the information, it's been 3 months and my car is being held hostage by MF PANELBEATERS , not only am I paying a fortune in lawyers' fees because FNB has done absolutely nothing to assist in getting information let alone helping the police, this leads me to believe that fnb is only interested in receiving their payments and robbing their customers blind with ******ionate prices and killing them with interest rates, I have been with fnb since I was 6 and their service is pathetic, they have access to the banking systems and can track who these people are , I'm fed up with their lack of forward thinking and assistance as well as when i asked can I not get any money back from the insurance premium i pay on my credit card , it was crickets. FNB, YOU SUCK, quick to sponsor multi million contracts in sports but can't help their customers
