FNB, you just lost a client in me

I went to FNB Festival Mall 2 hours ago, I needed account verification for new employer, that lady making the door said I must stand a long queue to get a statement from the ATM then she can complete the form and stamp it, guess what I went to Capitec 2 secs I was out. FNB just lost a R1.4m per annum client and I'll also move my business account. When you choose someone to man the door choose an open minded, flexible person, not one that is happy to enjoy power to frustrate people.
