FNB YOU DISSAPOINT ME
1. I have sent messages through the online banking regarding a matter and its been a month and i have yet to receive a response. 2. i was at the FNB branch in Newton Park wanting to see a business banker, one was not available and i was told one would contact me, it is now Tuesday morning and i am still waiting! I am at the point of moving my business account to another bank if this is the support that i get. FNB isnt shy with the bank charges but very slow to respond to a clients needs.
