FNB, you can really do better
I would just like to share my dismay with the very disappointing service from FNB, or rather the lack of service. I get approved for a loan, but for some unknown reason I'm not able to receive the Debicheck mandate on any platform. I have to phone everyday to follow up. Was told I will be phoned back Friday to verify the mandate telephonically, but no call. I phoned today, get told it would be resolved in two hours. Phoned back and then the lines don't work, because once again nothing happened. I really expected more. No one even offers to call back, not that I can trust what they say as nothing has happened to date. Really FNB?

03 Aug 2022, 09:47Good day. I'm now really ****ed off. So the application was closed and reopened. Thanks for that. But due to a technical error it could not be processed and I have to now go through the normal application process. What is the point for convenience when it comes to banking after I was told it will now work. Shameful guys. Just tell me if you do not want my business then I will take it else where....
