FNB: you can do better SURELY??

NON-EXISTANT "Recall Department". I made a deposit into a wrong FNB account. My mistake. I am trying to correct my mistake but FNB is not assisting at all. ***** Dept will not help because it is not ***** but a mistake and the other Departments (trying to "help") refer me to the "Recall Dept" with Tel.No. *** which doesn't exist - REALLY? If I try phoning a number they insist on an ID no. but I am not your client and you can't help me get the money from YOUR client's account? REALLY? Come on FNB!! Surely you can do better than that??
