FNB YOU ARE RIPPING CUSTOMER OFF!!!

FNB why are you guys taking a R110 failed debit order fee for my FNB life? Normally you gave a grace period to transfer funds. I forgot to transfer funds and boom overnight on the 28 August 2020 im being charged your ridiculous fee!!! Yet last night my bank charges went off early for some reason but I'm given a grace period to transfer funds and no failed debit order charge??????!!!!!

1.) Why am I being charged a ridiculous failed debit order charge for one product and not the other? I want this R110 fee reversed.

2.) Why has my bank charges been deducted early this month? It's due to go off every end of the month. There are 31 days in August!???

I honestly cannot wait to move banks FNB has lost the plot?
