FNB You Are Number 474 In The Queue
I had a simple query regarding my new FNB Premier Fusion upgrade. FNB sent me too many bank cards. So I decided to go onto the online chat utility on my internet banking. Guess how far down the queue I was: "All our Bankers are currently occupied. You are number 474 in the queue."
I really don't have time to sit and wait for a banker to reply. That 5 minutes I go away from my desk to make coffee will be the 5 minutes in which a banker will reply and drop the connection.

09 Dec 2019, 12:52FNB phoned me regarding the issue I had. They will send the matter to management who will then decide if anything has to change on their system.
Anyway, I finally received an answer to the question I wanted to ask the bankers via chat: I received two credit cards instead of one when I migrated to the FNB Fusion package. FNB says that the reason is I blocked an older credit card earlier this year and their system doesn't check for that. So even though the blocked card had expired and I received my new one months ago, their system is programmed in such a way that it thinks that I have two active credit card accounts when in fact there is one active and one blocked account.
