Fnb you are not helping

With my 50%salary how must i feed my family and still pay my debt, which is nothing compared to what i usually get.... You just ****ed me off, been struggling for a month and not even a decency to call...

Good day Miss Shehaam Williams, Re: Feedback regarding debt relief request. Unfortunately, you do not qualify for Customer Protection Plan (CPP) claim because you will be getting 50% of your monthly income. The claim can only be considered and be assessed if you won?t be receiving your full salary. Cash flow relief plan is the only option that can be offered by FNB to assist with all your FNB debit orders. When you take up the cashflow relief plan, we will cover all your existing repayments with us, on your behalf, over the next 3 months. This will help you stay up to date on your current repayments, keeping your credit profile intact. Instead of extending the terms on existing agreements for 3 months, you will be able to repay this amount over a flexible period with zero fees, at the prime interest rate and you can settle this amount earlier with no penalties. In this way, your overall total interest and fees costs could be reduced. This repayment will begin once your 3-month relief period is over. Upon acceptance, your 3-month relief will commence, and you can have peace of mind knowing your obligations are kept up to date while managing your cashflow. Should you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us again. Kind Regards, Joyce Lepele
