FNB | You are losing our Trust
FNB Life and eBucks offer good value, but the constant changes make it difficult to keep up. Each update requires new engagement, yet the rules and processes aren't always communicated clearly.
This year's new hurdle is the cover calculator, which I had used but according to FNB not correctly. [it's really simple, but I suppose the idea is to say give me more cover?]
I don't think FNB is customer centric anymore. I was solutioned and happy, but they just keep taking.

Whilst on the app I was offered an interest rate - better than my current one. This was a small win, only to find that it has actually drastically increased when I checked now?
