FNB YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL!!!

Fnb business banking...YOU ARE TERRIBLE!! I made a measley R200 payment to a vendor that has not reflected on their side. They asked me to reverse it and repay it. I thought this was acceptable until i discovered FNB CHARGES ME R313 to reverse it!!!! ***??? WHAT A *******!!! And then you wander why i am going to walk in and close my small business account. ****ING DISGRACEFUL...GO ***** FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
