Fnb you are becoming an joke

How does an FNB Private client customer not qualify for free Slow lounge visits?????? I traveled to Jhb for work this week and checked with my bank card into the Slow lounge in CPT and then in Lanseria. I was asked if I can make use of the lounge with this and reply was yes. The lady swiped my card, handed back my card and said - there you go. No slip nothing.

Only to see this morning I was charged R250 per visit, I bloooody joke. I did not approve this charge, remove it from my account. This is ********. If I did not qualify for a free visit I should have been told, that I know I was paying or I could have chosen to rather leave.
