FNB - Yet again!

So I started a journey on the 15th of February 2022 to apply for re-bond on an existing home loan with FNB but the Directors had to be aligned first on the profile.

After phoning in on the 8th to apply for the re-bond, I got notified that I can't because the profile is not aligned to the CIPC. Still reference to old directors. Really, I just spent a month on this???

I then thought I'll send the instruction so long to *** on the 16th of March 2022 as Margo never found it important to respond to my frustrated response on the 10th of March 2022.. Sent off an Application as well as the supporting docs.

NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM FNB TO DATE.

2 months and still nowhere!!! Thank you FNB for referring me to your competitors!
