FNB, yea, messsy!

What a mess FNB has created. I was paid money via paypal but i cannot retrieve the payment unless I have an FNB profile, which I did not want. Why, because I have one in my company name and I don't want more and more banking engagement. the result, after about a week of battling with the FNB system is that i was able to retrieve the paypal payment but now i am locked out of my business accounts. What a ****** joke!!! So I head down to the branch to try fix it, and after an hour of my time, there is no result. still no access. nobody says they will take it up and look into it. trying to access the call centre is another disaster.
