FNB Y card KYC

I opened a ycard for my nephew as he is under 18 two weeks ago. Actived the card on the 17th December. Money was paid in he couldn't swipe neither could he buy airtime via the banking app. Spoke to 5 agents now and the last agent told me there's a hold on the account for outstanding kyc docs. I submitted proof of address the form I had to fill in as his guardian as well as copies of both our id documents. He has money in his account he can't to anything with because of the uselessness of customer care agents at Fnb. I've been a loyal customer of fnb for many years but this is appaling service. Can you please just confirm that I sent the documents with the courier on Friday 15th December as I handed it over and received the card. I need this to be sorted by tomorrow.

Hi. No one has even contacted me regarding this matter. Just this reply and an sms with the ref nr in.This is rather irritating as the kyc department clearly didn't do their job properly.
