FNB WRONGFULLY Froze my Business account without ANY communication to me. So the business was converted from a CC to a PTY LTD. Naturally, I had to change the bank account name as well. I did this and FNB requested FICA documents from me. I provided ALL THE DOCUMENTS WITHIN 6 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE REQUEST.

Guess what... FNB froze the account without any communication whatsoever. There I stood swiping card after card looking like a complete fool. Only when I phone FNB was I told that the account had been frozen. The account remained frozen for the better part of a week, while they scattered to get their issue sorted out.

Pathetic, really. FNB just does not care about SME's... that's the bottom line. Time to try a smaller, newer bank.
