FNB wrongfully debiting R 7 900.00 from my account

FNB has been wrongfully debuting my account for 2 months. I have informed them of a ******** matter regarding my account.

1. In May 2022, someone managed for take out a loan using my details (without them submitting all the required documents). FNB did not call me to do a security check nor did `I sign any documents. 2. I received an sms notifying that my loan has been approved. I contacted their ***** department to inform them that I did not apply for this loan. 3. FNB reversed the money but the have been debiting R 7 900,00 monthly since then. I have to call them monthly to make the reversals. Their internal investigator is never available to answer and return calls or respond to email. Requesting the reversals is distorting my credit score.

Can someone please attend to this as I am at my wits-end now?
