FNB WRONGFUL DEBITS
Ref: ********** NF... THE AMOUNT OF R2184 IS OWING TO ME BY FNB FOR WRONGFUL DEBITS TO AN ALREADY PAID OFF LOAN. I COMPLAINED ON 3 MAY 2019. TO DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I RECEIVED A CALL YESTERDAY THAT THE MONEY WAS READY TO BE PAID AMD I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
