FNB WRONG CHOICE FOR ME

Fnb has got the app to purchase electricity. For over a here I have been trying to purchase electricity and it always says unavailable. I purchase from every other channel of payment and it works. This is fasle advertising. When I queried them they said it's only offline for 24 hours that's lies and it's only a channel of payment. Pls take this up
