FNB would close your account with lot of money and not refunding the balance

I am struggling to get refund of my balance from FNB. FNB closed my account with the amount of R17000 plus inside, they are now adamant to pay my balance. Baverly Nukeri is not willing to help me, Theolisa Smith vanished. FNB seems to be not what people think it is. How can I be ****** by bank. I am taking this matter to media now. People need to know what we experience with FNB
