FNB WORTHLESS BANK ON THE PLANET
What a worthless bank can't help an individual, call center consultants are as worthless as the bank calling regarding an account that was closed in March 2021, flipping idiots keep on sending sms's and when you request to speak to someone senior call gets dropped... Like today agent just kept quite when I asked her for her name surname and department. FNB IS THE MOST USELESS BANK IN THE UNIVERSE....

26 Jul 2022, 17:58Why you guys want to help now it only seems like you guys at FNB only help once the individual complaints on social media or on hello Peter, Hours after I logged the complaint then the worthless agent calls me back for assistance when she just remained silent on the line once I asked her for her full SURNAME, and these worthless peoples at FNB never help and I'm never going to reply privately as Ive been taken for a fool since March 2021. BUT GET NO REAL HELP WITH THE PROBLEM AT HAND GET WITH THE PROGRAM YOU GUYS AT FNB JUST TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST OF ALL BANKS
