FNB #WORSTBANKEVER

One month ago I sent a complaint through about a ticket that I purchase in Jan 18 that was R5000. My card, on 29 March declined 4 times even though I know I had money there only to find out the ticket that was purchased in Jan was only charged on 29 March which then sent my CC over and then FNB without notice deducts money from my cheque to cover this overdrawn amount. When queried, the response from the CC department was that I was over my limit in Feb and March . I know that I did go over my limit so I requested proof of this. To this day no response, but what does that have to do with charging the amount for the ticket 2 months later, I also requested a refund from SAA in Jan for this ticket and this refund was approved. FNB set in motion a number of problems by charging for the ticket 2 months later, then deducting money from my cheque without notice, then charging me declined fees as I was unaware of all this then charging me an account fee of R109 after that. To this day there's no answer. I'm tired now, I am taking you guys up with the Ombudsman. Maybe then I would get some answers and some of my money back!
