fnb worst service, worst attitude, just the bottom of the barrel

Yhooo guys FNB IS THE WORST BANK EVER, yesterday i had an unauthorized debit order on my account, I call in to cancel the debit order, i am told they can not cancel or stop it because debit order has a active mandate, i must call the service provider, how so, i do not have account with a service provider, i have an account with fnb and the service provider in question cancelled their services with me, second part i have the fnb connect contract sim card, i can not make calls the whole morning, i try to call fnb connect cant get through either, please tell if there is worst bank than fnb please
