FNB worst service! Tax-Free account

I opened a Tax-free share account. Nowhere did it state I will be unable to move funds or must give notice to withdraw. The media and adverti*****t states access to 100 top shares, but upon opening the account I was limited to 2 FNB funds. Neither the app or internet banking allows to cancel the account or withdraw. I went to the FNB branch after spending an hour on the phone and FNB help line. At the branch the phoned the same number and were unable to assist. I need to get the account closed and the funds returned to my cheque account. I have since logged a compliant and keep on getting notification of rceipt of complaint but no resolution.,
