FNB worst service provider ever

Shocking shocking service from FNB short term insurance. My husbands policy has been cancelled and accused of *****, despite ALL facts and proof sent to them to prove the claim. They accuse him of ***** due to a previous insurance years ago and saying he was not honest about it, all calls are recorded, go pull the recording where we stated this did happen in the past and it was a mistake, why then accept us on the insurance if a previous insurance from years ago was a problem THAT WE WERE HONEST ABOUT??? Can’t believe the stupidity, I would never recommend FNB to anyone
