FNB worst service possible
I went to FNB bedfordview today after telling the manager I want to close my account she said I need to see a consultant, after waiting an hour. The consultant says she can not close the accounts because it's at another branch so I should drive to the other branch to close the accounts. Sure FNB at bedfordview is the Same as FNB the glen.
