FNB worst service ever with there technical issues! Debit order reversal!

This bank doesnt even deserve half a star. Unauthorised debit order taken off my account of R3218 by Keyhealth which was only meant to come off 27 December and now FNB cant reverse it because of there changes on the system. Worst bank ever, I want my money back into my account now because of your technical issues none of my debit orders are showing on my mobile banking app on tje show debit orders but they all went off on my transaction history a week ago. I want my money FNB, worst customer service and absolutely no help whatsoever on the call centre because everyone is telling a different story. So much for being a Premium Banker.
