FNB - Worst service EVER!!!!

I am so sick and tired of the lack of service from FNB!!! It's been 3 weeks since FNB made a deduction on my credit card as well as charges to my personal account and still have not refunded me. I am no longer a private client as why waste money for just as bad service as a non private client!!!! What will it take for you to put my money back in my account and sort your systems out???> as I keep getting told it's a system error. This is an institution who we entrust with our money!!! absolutely shocking service from FNB.
