Fnb worst service ever

Called ewallet centre 4 times I was asking them for help with something, and they keep putting the phone down on me, this is the worst service bank ever. Finally someone listened on 4th time they say they transferring me to ewallet section but just same number it is the ewallet section but they tell me they not.
