FNB worst service ever

FNB is the worst bank a few month back I called FNB to find out why my credit report report reflects that I owe them money, the Bank promised to fix the problem and this issue will be resolved by October 2020 ( and this back and forth with FNB begun in March 2020 ), to date nothing has changed, when I called the bank I ws taken from one department to the next today i literally spoke with four consultants. what a waste of time
