FNB worst service ever!

I was in a car accident at the end of April 2018. I was booked off by Orthopedic surgeon until Jan 2019. I have completed all the forms and submitted to FNB for my loans. I have returned to light duty in November. On Tuesday 18/12/2018,14.29 , R5 206.17 was deducted from my cheque account. When I checked I was told it was towards my Credit Card as it was in arrears, I then received an sms the following day that informed me that my credit card will be handed over in 30 days to attorneys if I do not settle the outstanding amount of R 5 206.17. I called and told the lady that they deducted the R5 206.17 on Tuesday towards the credit card. Today I get notification that my credit card facility has been removed and handed over to attorneys. When I called to speak to someone, I was transferred around, cut off more than once, and still no explanation or clear communication as to what is going on. So what happened to the payment of R5 206.17 done on Tuesday? Why am I being told I will be handed over in 30 days when it gets handed over two days later, and four days after payment made? Where is my money at this point?
