FNB - Worst Service Ever!!

FNB is ofically te worst bank to ever bank with...

I have been calling since last week Saturday regarding a query and to date no has been able to assist me with my query. I have spoken to more than 10 people and not one of them know what is happening with the account.

I received a message now to say that I have been debited for my loan for the 2nd time. I have messaged on the secure chat but that site is useless always unavailable. I call the Premier Suite on *** and the call keeps getting disconnected.

FNB have the worst costomer service I have ever dealt with.

I will properly receive a call today or tomorrow and they will tell me how sorry they are and they will get someone to assist but no one ever does.
