FNB worst service

FNB and my private banker do not get back to me! I have sent countless emails, called countless times and I either don’t get through or I get someone will call you back. This has been since September 2021. I have been a client with FNB for a couple of years now, I am also a Private Client with FNB and pay the fees thereof for what???
