FNB worst service delivery ever.

I am trying to ask for assistance as to why my revolving loan is on hold. I ended up talking to 7 agents who puta me through to division that can help me. I follow rhe options they tell me to use, and I end up at the same division. 7 agents 63 minutes. I left a complaint on their complaint department. One mail said I owe them R55. The other stating I need to update my tax recidency. I paid them AND brought my tax recidiency up to date. On monday 8 June 2026 I got a message on aop stating I owe them R1553.68. Yseterday I phoned the revolving loan division, agent said I am up to date. Today I phoned, nou I am in arrears with R1400 round about. And if I try to ask why, they put me through to division that will suposedly help me and I only end up again at the sane department again. Since 2 April I have paid them R9000. How can I be in arrears. Absolutely bad customer service by not being able to resolve my inquiry. Do not do business with FNB. They are *********** and unwilling toe help you.

That is precisely the same mail I got from previous complaints. AND I still do not have a straight answer as to why there is a hold on my revolving loan. Every time the same email with nothing resolved.

FNB, since my hold was lifted I paid my instalments on time according to what I asked your agents to do, that is to reinstate my debit order. I paid an instalment on 21 May 2026. And spesifically asked for a debi check mandate and that payments must be on the 20th of each month seeing that I receive my salary on that date. Again, quite a few agents made note of that. After my hold was lifted I transferred funds to my cheque account. That was on 13 June. But after my payment on 21 May 2026 I made two payments, R1500 and R100 on 22 June, because that is the date that was said is noted by your department for me to pay. FNB phoned me. The agent told me that I am behind because I did not pay on the 30 of June. I explained to the lady that I agreed to pay on 20th and I still did not receive debit order mandate. She then told met that when you pay on a date other than the date fnb decided on, it is not seen as a instalment. I AGAIN told her that I repeatedly asked for the date to change to 20th. She said she would take note and send an email through. She then tried to help met to set up debi check mandate, but it never went trough. So on the 7th of july I paid R1000 again and on 21 July R1500. So in all since my hold was lifted I paid a total amount of R5700. How can I be behind if my instalment is about R1553.68 per month? Because between 22 June and 30 of July I paid R5700? But infact it was onlly supposed to be R3107.36. So why is there a hold on my acount AGAIN?? And I still not received a debi check mandate.
