FNB = Worst Service

FNB/ FNB connect has the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. If they cant help you over the phone they just put the phone down in your ear. They tell you that the manager will make contact and you will receive feedback, but I guess that is just something they say to make you put the phone down and leave them alone for a bit before trying to make contact again. Then if you go to the bank to try and get assistance you also wait forever just for them to tell you they cant help you and you need to phone FNB connect and FNB connects line is down 80% of the time.
