Fnb worst service can imagine

worst service. i dont know why i am still with fnb. impossible to get ahold of them, and when you do, they say they will call back but dont.

i filled and submitted form to have home loan rescheduled. sent forms on Thursday, auto reply says 24hr turn around. i heard nothing till today. i sent a request again on the app. i then get emailed the blank form again.

I called and called and finally got through ,as I spoke to them they cut the call ,and im sent to a rate my service voice.

I then called back and after like 20mins waitng on hold someone picks up, they check and all they can tell me they dont know why not yet processed. Mayne they busy.

I say i want to know when it will be done. She puts me on hold, when gets back says it will.be done today , i will get a call today.

The day is over and not a call yet
