FNB worst service

FNB keeps disappointing me I am with FNB Private Wealth I pay almost R600 a month in banking fees I can’t assistance with pay and clear limits and the cant help me over the phone with my OTP number that I want to change last week I couldn’t make payments for more than a day and when I could the limits was a problem I don’t see any benefits anymore with FNB Private Wealth accept that you get overpriced banking costs and no service at all
