FNB worst service

There is a company that debits my account with R345.01 monthly, in April i contacted the bank to get the details the call centre said they cannot see the details and will escalate it, after 5 days i logged a complaint and FNB closed that complaint because they could not call me yet they have my email. All i want is a name and a number of who is *****ulently debiting my account monthly
