FNB worst service

I have put a request with the fnb team to close my cheque account with them about 3 months, I was advised I would be called by an agent who will assist me with closing the account, till today I have not received any assistance with my account closure, I have been paying monthly fees for an account that is not being used, I never though I would get such bad service from fnb.
