FNB Worst online service

Since i moved from capitec to fnb ive been regretting my move...firstly i vouldnt pay ny rent because my device was unverified...then chatting to the agenta to help resolve they tell me i ms make a payment of 301 to someone and after 7 days my app will be verified...managed to have my husband pay the rent thru his capitec...2nd case was me loa**** mtn as a beneficiary...it kept givong me a recipient refernce error...my husband had to pay ny mtn acc...now i just closed a business deal in town and the person says we can do geo payment...im allowing and everything is done yet my money is not reflected immediately...i chat to the agents and they simply tell me it could take up to 4 hours whilst the advert says its immediate???? fnb what are you doing ????...i have to pay over the money for something i need tomorrow and now i have to wait till you decide its okay...this is really really unacceptabe
