FNB - Worst National Bank

I have been a loyal FNB client for many years and Honestly if I could I would give FNB a 0 rating. They blocked my Credit card due to suspected ***** without my permission then when trying to get hold of them you keep on speaking to a machine that cannot get your details after you entered it several times.... then when trying to order a new credit card I keep getting transferred from department to department without success. FNB do you guys really know what you are doing?
