Fnb worst insurance they quick to take your money but when it’s time to pay they love running away

Terrible insurance ****s I bought a property three mnts ago did insurance with fnb because I bank with them Two weeks ago a freak storm hit Benoni with heavy hail and damaged part of the roof to the extent that water started leaking in the db box the first assessor that came out to see the property told me that the storm damaged the roof abit.

Two week later I still haven’t received a call from fnb about any feedback then a lady called Maureen called after I had enquired as to why is it taking so long and tells me that they are rejecting the claim be cause of poor maintenance How fair is that
