FNB - WORST for getting any kind of assistance from!

At one point I was really impressed by FNB's customer service, this has however turned very sour. I logged a query with them more than 3 weeks ago, sending email after email to find out when I would get a response, to date absolutely NOTHING, now that we are all back to normal, we are being treated like nothing, we are in dire financial crisis and the one place you feel will be there for you, just shuns and ignores your plight.
