FnB - Worst experience with zero assistance

I had the WORST experience with FnB with absolutely ZERO help or assistance from the ***** department. This was the situation: I don't get a sms when i purchase something under R100.00. For a couple of months I realized that im spending a lot more money than usual. I was sitting at work one day and i got a sms that R700.00 has been deducted, this situation happened a couple of times in about one month time with different amounts. I phoned fnb customer services and they asked me the usual security questions (ID, Name and Surname, cellphone number, address, etc.) When it got to my address it did not match the address on the system and I immediately realized that here was something fishy. I went to the Robertson, Western Cape Branch where im staying and the lady logged into the system into my account. Some person with the name Kgomotso Makhananesa who works at FnB in Johannesburg opened an account for someone in Johannesburg with my ID number, my Identity and did not take any fingerprints. So this person with the same identity as me has been able to get into my account and take money from it. ***** department had to phone me so we could sort out this matter, its been one month and i haven't heard anything. Im opening a case at the police department for ***** against name above, as well as a case against the person who stole my identity. I will never ever go back to FnB and i wont ever recommend them to anyone. A similar situation has happened to my friend. This is unacceptable!!
