FNB worst experience

Hello Peter I am really disappointed by what teller did to me at FNB... I just found out after getting paid at my part job that a teller at FNB registered me on some funeral policy that I didn't know about....I clearly told the lady that I don't want any other kind of services that they have(be it getting points, rewards or anything of that sort ) on my account... Am really hurt cz that was my transport money to go to school and work also but now it's short... Please help
