Fnb worst ever when customers need them/their services

Worst experience ever with fnb, cannot do any reversals what so ever, gone through the covid 19 relief process to reverse debit orders, no feedback what so ever, we or I understand that the banks need to focus on essential services, but why block your customers from doing the reversals themselves online or on the fnb app, this is really stupid as the onnes will fall on us reversing whatever amount we or I dont want debited, this is poor from fnb, other institutions allow customers to do their normal business online, I'm done...really done with them.
