FNB - Worst Debit Order Reversal System
I had an authorized debit order that came off my account in early May 2020. I have been sent from pillar to post to get it reversed. This is by far the worst service I've received from FNB in over 15 years with the bank. I'm tired of their promises and will be switching banks as a result. Terrible!
